Electric winch 1000/2000 kg, 380 V, 30/15 m GEW-05

The GIGANT GEW-05 1000/2000 kg electric winch is professional lifting and pulling equipment for construction, installation and loading work. It is designed for lifting, lowering and moving heavy loads, as well as for pulling and holding objects in a variety of operating conditions.

The winch runs on a 380 V three-phase supply and is fitted with a powerful 3 kW electric motor that performs steadily under high loads, which makes the unit suitable for intensive professional use on construction sites and in industry.

Load capacity is up to 1000 kg on a single line and up to 2000 kg with the pulley block, which makes the winch versatile enough for a wide range of tasks, from moving building materials to lifting equipment and machinery.

The 6 mm steel cable offers high strength, wear resistance and reliability in long-term service. A cable length of up to 30 m allows work at considerable height or distance.

The power cord is 700 mm long and the pendant control cable is 1270 mm long, so the equipment is easy to connect and the control can be positioned at the required distance from the winch.

The gearbox holds 450–500 g of grease. Use lithium-based or calcium-based grease for lubrication.

Protection rating is IP54: the design protects against dust and water splashes, but operation in the rain is not recommended.

The GIGANT GEW-05 electric winch has an electromagnetic brake that holds the load securely in any position and improves operating safety. Reverse operation gives convenient control of lifting and lowering.

The winch is controlled from a pendant control, so the operator can safely manage the process at a distance from the load.

Important: check the grease level in the gearbox before use. Note also that the label on some production batches contains an error (220 V is stated); the actual operating voltage of this model is 380 V.
