Electric winch 500/1000 kg, 220 V, 70/35 m GEW-01

The GIGANT 500/1000 kg, 220 V, 70/35 m electric winch GEW-01 is designed for lifting, moving and pulling loads in construction, repair and installation work. The winch is powered by a 1.5 kW electric motor that ensures stable operation with loads up to 1000 kg using additional pulley blocks and up to 500 kg without a block. A convenient pendant control raises and lowers the load and pays out the cable.

The GIGANT GEW-01 winch uses a 6 mm steel cable wound on a drum 74 mm in diameter and 153 mm wide, ensuring reliable, long-lasting operation. An electromagnetic brake system guarantees safe operation and holds the load at the set height. Cable winding speed is 10.8 m/min and cable length reaches 70 m, allowing work with loads at a considerable distance.

The GIGANT GEW-01 suits a wide range of tasks: pulling out stuck vehicles, lifting motorboats, boats and ATVs, moving building materials and other loads. The winch is compact (530x260x300 mm) and weighs 34.6 kg, which simplifies transport and installation on site. A sturdy metal frame and quality components ensure durability and reliability even under heavy use on construction sites and in auto repair shops.

The winch has a gearbox filled with 450–500 g of grease. Lithium or calcium-based grease is used to lubricate the gearbox components during operation.

The power cable is 570 mm long. The winch is operated by a pendant control with a 930 mm cable, allowing the operator to stand at a convenient distance from the mechanism during operation.

The housing and electrical components are rated IP54. The winch is protected against dust and splashing water, but operation directly in the rain is not recommended. When used outdoors, the equipment must be protected from precipitation.
