Electric winch 300/600 kg, 220 V, 30/15 m GEW-07

The GIGANT GEW-07 electric winch is reliable lifting and handling equipment for installation, construction and auxiliary work. It is used for lifting and moving loads and suits both private and professional tasks, including pulling light vehicles and handling various structures.

The winch runs on a 220 V supply and is fitted with a 0.6 kW electric motor that delivers stable pulling force and confident performance under load. Maximum load capacity is up to 600 kg with the pulley block and up to 300 kg on a single line, which makes the model versatile for a wide range of tasks.

A reliable electromagnetic brake holds the load securely and prevents it from descending on its own. This raises operating safety and allows precise control of lifting and lowering.

The winch is controlled from a pendant control, which keeps the operator comfortable and safe during work. Reverse operation allows the load to be lowered as well as lifted, and the cable to be paid out when required.

The 6 mm steel cable offers high strength and wear resistance for reliable operation even under regular loads. Drum capacity of up to 30 meters allows work at considerable height or distance.

The gearbox is filled with 450–500 g of working grease. Use lithium-based or calcium-based grease for maintenance; lubrication keeps the mechanism running smoothly and reduces wear on its internal parts. The pendant control has a 1270 mm cable, so the operator can stand at a convenient distance from the winch during operation. The power cord is 570 mm long.

Protection rating is IP54. The housing is protected against ingress of dust in quantities that could impair operation and against water splashes from any direction. Operation in the rain is nevertheless not recommended: use the winch where it is shielded from direct precipitation.

The winch is built for intensive use on construction and installation sites. The option of increasing load capacity with pulley blocks makes the model even more versatile and effective.
