Electric chainsaw, 18", 2.8 kW GSAF-13

The GIGANT 18" 2.8 kW GSAF-13 electric saw is intended for private use: ripping and cross-cutting timber, felling trees, removing branches and limbs and preparing firewood. The chainsaw is driven by a longitudinally mounted brushed motor rated at 2.8 kW. Chain speed is 14 m/s. The saw runs a chain with a 1.3 mm gauge, a 3/8ʺ pitch and 62 drive links. Bar length is 450 mm.

• The model has a quick chain tensioning mechanism for convenience.
• The housing is made of tough plastic and holds the oil pump and the tank for automatic lubrication of the chain, bar and nose sprocket.
• A sight window at the oil tank lets you check the oil level.
• The rubberized handle carries the trigger with a lock-off button against accidental starting.
• The hand guard stops the cutting chain if the saw is thrown back toward the operator.

The electric saw is simple and convenient to use. Since it produces no exhaust gases, it can be used safely in enclosed spaces. The tool is ready for work as soon as the bar and chain are fitted and lubricating oil is filled.
