Electric winch 1000/2000 kg, 380 V, 100/50 m GEW-02

The GIGANT GEW-02 electric winch is designed for lifting, moving and holding loads in construction, installation and repair work. It is widely used on construction sites, in workshops and garages, and for loading and unloading operations.

The model runs on a three-phase 380 V supply and is powered by a 3 kW electric motor for stable operation under load and high productivity. Maximum lifting capacity reaches 2000 kg with a pulley block, making the winch suitable for heavy-duty tasks.

The 6 mm steel cable is strong and wear-resistant, ensuring reliability in regular use. A cable length of up to 100 m allows lifting operations at considerable height or distance.

The winch has a gearbox filled with 450–500 g of lithium or calcium-based grease, which ensures smooth operation and reduces wear on gearbox components. A pendant control with a 1270 mm cable lets the operator stand at a convenient distance from the mechanism during operation. The power cable is 550 mm long.

The housing is rated IP54: the winch is protected against dust in quantities that could impair operation and against water splashing from any direction. Operation in the rain is nevertheless not recommended; the equipment should be installed and used where it is shielded from direct precipitation.

An electromagnetic brake system securely holds the load in any position and improves operating safety. Reverse operation makes raising and lowering the load effortless.

The winch is operated from a pendant control, which makes operation convenient and safe by letting the operator stay clear of the load being lifted.

Thanks to its sturdy construction and industrial design, the winch is suitable for intensive use in demanding conditions.
