Electric winch 225/450 kg, 220 V, 7.6/3.8 m GEW-04

The GIGANT GEW-04 225/450 kg electric winch is a compact, versatile lifting and pulling device for construction, installation and household tasks. It is designed for lifting, lowering and moving loads, as well as for pulling operations when working with machinery and equipment.

The winch runs on a 220 V supply and is fitted with a 1.5 kW electric motor that delivers stable performance under regular loads. The compact, portable design makes it convenient in confined spaces and on off-site jobs.

Load capacity is up to 225 kg on a single line and up to 450 kg with the pulley block, which covers light and medium loads: building materials, machinery, boats, ATVs and similar objects.

The winch is fitted with a 6 mm galvanized steel cable that offers high strength and wear resistance. The 7.6 m cable length is enough for most household and installation tasks.

The power cord is 350 mm long and the pendant control cable is 3830 mm long, so the wired pendant can be used at a distance from the mounted winch.

The gearbox is filled with 100–150 g of grease. Use lithium-based or calcium-based grease for gearbox maintenance.

The housing is rated IP54: the winch is protected against dust and water splashes, but operation in the rain is not recommended.

The GIGANT GEW-04 electric winch has an electromagnetic brake that holds the load securely and improves operating safety. Reverse operation gives convenient control of lifting and lowering.

A distinctive feature of this model is its two control systems: a wired pendant with a 7.5 m cable and a wireless radio remote, which makes the winch far more convenient and flexible to use.
