Electric winch 300/600 kg, 220 V, 60/30 m GEW-08

The GIGANT GEW-08 300/600 kg electric winch is compact, reliable lifting and pulling equipment for construction, installation and general workshop tasks. It is designed for lifting, lowering and moving loads, as well as for a range of pulling operations in household and professional settings.

The winch runs on a 220 V supply, so it connects easily without an industrial power supply. The 600 W electric motor performs steadily under moderate loads and is suitable for regular use.

Load capacity is up to 300 kg on a single line and up to 600 kg with the pulley block, which makes the model versatile for a wide range of tasks, from lifting building materials to moving equipment and machinery.

The 6 mm steel cable is reliable and wear-resistant, and a cable length of up to 60 m allows work at considerable height or distance.

The gearbox is filled with 450–500 g of working grease. Use lithium-based or calcium-based grease for maintenance; lubrication keeps the mechanism running smoothly and reduces wear on its internal parts. The pendant control has a 1240 mm cable, so the operator can stand at a convenient distance from the winch during operation. The power cord is 530 mm long.

Protection rating is IP54. The housing is protected against ingress of dust in quantities that could impair operation and against water splashes from any direction. Operation in the rain is nevertheless not recommended: use the winch where it is shielded from direct precipitation.

The GIGANT GEW-08 electric winch has an electromagnetic brake that holds the load securely in any position and improves operating safety. Reverse operation gives convenient control of lifting and lowering.

The winch is controlled from a pendant control, so the operator can safely manage the process at a distance from the load.
