Electric winch 500/1000 kg, 380 V, 100/50 m GEW-03

The GIGANT GEW-03 500/1000 kg electric winch is powerful, reliable lifting and pulling equipment for construction, installation and production work. The model is designed for lifting, lowering and moving loads over considerable distances, and for building into hoisting mechanisms and installations.

The winch runs on a three-phase 380 V supply and is powered by a 2.2 kW electric motor for stable, efficient operation under heavy loads. This makes it the right choice for professional use on construction sites, in workshops and in warehouses.

Lifting capacity is up to 500 kg without a block and up to 1000 kg with a pulley block, so the winch handles both light and medium loads. The ability to multiply the pulling force with blocks makes it a versatile tool for a variety of tasks.

The winch is operated from a pendant control. The power cable is 570 mm long and the pendant cable is 1150 mm long, which makes connection and control convenient.

The gearbox is designed for stable torque transmission. It is filled with 450–500 g of lithium or calcium-based grease.

The housing is rated IP54. The winch is protected against dust in quantities that could impair operation and against splashing water. Operation in the rain is not recommended.

A distinctive feature of the model is the extended galvanized steel cable of up to 100 meters, which allows work at considerable distance and height. The 6 mm cable is strong and wear-resistant.

An electromagnetic brake system securely holds the load and prevents it from lowering on its own. Reverse operation makes raising and lowering easy to control.
